For undergraduate students, good self-management has important implication for both their study and future development. However, there are substantial individual differences in the ability to apply self-management strategies. Therefore, to improve undergraduate students' self-management ability, the first step is to develop a reliable and valid tool to assess this variability in self-management. This study was an attempt to develop a tool to measure how undergraduate students manage themselves in daily life.
